Community Development Advisory Council
The Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC) was established in 2001 and provides insights on community and economic development challenges faced by low- to moderate-income communities. Council members include business leaders, financial institutions, universities and nonprofit leaders who serve low- to moderate-income (LMI) populations. Council members provide year-round insight on economic and community development issues and meet twice a year with the Kansas City Fed’s leadership.
Economic Advisory Council
Established in 1985, the Economic Advisory Council (EAC) consists of both business and labor representatives from across the Tenth Federal Reserve District. The EAC meets with Kansas City Fed leadership twice a year to offer insight on the regional economy.
10J Payments Advisory Group
Members represent financial institutions around the Tenth District. They meet periodically with Kansas City Fed staff to provide insight on developments in the U.S. payments system and advise on actions the Federal Reserve might take to ensure the System's safety and efficiency while providing broad access.

Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council
Established in 2011, the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) provides a forum for small financial institutions. Council members represent banks, credit unions and thrift institutions from across the Tenth Federal Reserve District. The CDIAC meets with Kansas City Fed leadership at least twice a year to provide perspective on lending issues, the economy and more.
