    Patrick Kelly

No doubt generational questions, and how to deal with the ‘Millennial problem’, dominates many conversations within organizations.  They are trying to find ways to create an environment that all buy in to, as well as learn to lead and manage across all generations.  But that can be difficult.  Part of the reason may be the bigger picture that people tend to overlook: that what they think is a ‘Millennial issue’ is really something much bigger: a fundamental shift in how we work and live.  In this session, learn about the larger changes that are taking place, understand Millennials beyond the stereotypes, see how to manage and lead in a multi-generational work environment, and what an organization needs to change in its culture to be ready for the future of work.
