Susan Chapman Plumb
Susan Chapman Plumb was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch Board of Directors in 2017.
Ms. Chapman Plumb is Board Chair and CEO of the Bank of Cherokee County which is a Fed member bank serving Cherokee County and rural northeast Oklahoma. The bank is a Native American owned institution and has been Community Development Financial Institution since 1998 with three offices and approximately $102 million in assets. Plumb began her career in banking at age 16 working for her father. She received her BA in journalism from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and her JD from University of Tulsa in 1991.
