Biography
Arin Emmert joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Denver Branch Board of Directors in 2025.
Ms. Emmert is the chief executive officer and dealer principal of Fremont Motor Companies, a family-owned automotive dealership group founded in 1938. Ms. Emmert represents the fourth generation of her family to lead the organization, which operates 15 dealership locations across Wyoming. Under her leadership, the company has expanded and maintained a strong focus on community engagement and customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in Lander, Wyoming, Ms. Emmert graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in Spanish. After college, she gained valuable industry experience working for Toyota Motor Sales in both corporate headquarters and the New York Region, where she served as district manager for Upstate New York before being promoted to the New York City Metro District.
Ms. Emmert returned to Wyoming in 2011 to join Fremont Motor Companies as service director, overseeing service processes across all dealerships with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. She later graduated from the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Dealer Academy and held various management roles within the organization, including general manager of multiple locations. In 2021, she was promoted to CEO and dealer principal, where she continues to lead the company's growth and strategic direction.
In addition to her role at Fremont Motor Companies, Ms. Emmert is an active member of the Wyoming Auto Dealers’ Association, currently serving as past president. She was recognized by Family Business Magazine in their "CEOs To Watch" edition and named TIME Dealer of the Year for Wyoming.
Ms. Emmert is deeply committed to the communities Fremont Motor Companies serves, supporting numerous charitable initiatives and encouraging a culture of volunteerism among employees. She lives in Wyoming with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling, and being with family and friends.
