Lloyd Rainge was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Community Development Advisory Council on Jan. 1, 2024. Rainge currently serves as Capitol Federal’s delegated compliance officer for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA).

Since joining the bank in 1997, he has worked in several positions, including loan originator/closer, construction lending specialist and community lending specialist. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the Bank's community affairs and community development activities and is accountable for the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements related to lending in low- or moderate-income and underserved communities.

Rainge is a graduate of Missouri State University where he completed his Bachelor of Science in management, with a minor degree in computer information systems.
